Got to love a spring form pan. This happened to me too several years ago. I made pumpkin cheesecakes for a fall wine dinner. Two of my friends lived in the same complex so I used their ovens so I could cook all of the cheesecakes at the same time. I ended up having to come clean BOTH of their ovens with Easy Off and scouring pads because the spring form pans leaked ALL OVER THE PLACE. Now I cover the bottom of my spring form in aluminum foil and place it in a water bath every time.
