We ate them still warm from the oven the first night, but I thought they were even better the next day after the layers were completely cool &amp; all set up. I also rolled out my top layer between pieces of wax paper, like someone has already suggested. And lastly...I baked my bars in a foil-lined pan so that I could lift them out to a board to cut, but it smooshed a lot of the marshmallow creme out! I definitely recommend cutting them in the pan before lifting them out.
