I made these this weekend and they were amazing. Everyone at work loved them and my husband said it was the best muffin he had ever had. Thank you.

And just in case anyone else was scared about the pumpkin spice amount tbs is correct, don't be afraid it is perfect!

I just made these muffins. They came out of the oven about an hour ago. They are INCREDIBLE!! I made half a batch because I knew, if they turned out as well as they sounded, I'd eat more than my fair share! I'm using every ounce of my will power right now to stay out of the kitchen! :) This is my new go-to pumpkin muffin recipe. Amazing. Deliciously amazing.

I made the muffins and they were amazing! I put the cream cheese mix in to a plastic bag and then cut the corner. Then I pipped about an inch of filling over the batter, then covered with the other batter. I just found that it was easier than making the log. Also, I didn't want to wait! Thank you, I love all your recipes!
