BUT. I live at a seriously high altitude and they fall flat every single time. I tried adding flour, I tried messing with the bakin time. Nothing worked. Do you have ANY suggestions at all for baking these at a high altitude? Many of my other cookies do this and I have yet to figure out a solution!! I found 375 to be too hot and the cookies were super flat and super brown so I added a 1/2 c of flour and baked them at 350 for about 8 minutes. That solved my problem. They taste amazing!!! I felt like I was in the woods sitting around a campfire!!
