First, they need more sugar. Instead of 6T, I used a 1/2 cup. Also, I upped the almond extract to 1 1/4 teaspoons. These are good, but need more flavor! Also, my bake time was 6-8 minutes. When I left it in for 10 minutes they came out burnt. Lastly, mine stuck to the pan, but I was able to get them off fine by twisting them. It may be better to lightly grease the pan. Great sandwich idea.
