I also line cups with candy liners according to the holiday. You can add great finishing sprinkles to the chocolate as it&#39;s cooling.... Looks very festive ! Cuts the time down! We also freeze the Reese&#39;s cups first because it makes them easier to push into the dough. We do a rotating system with 4 mini muffin pans (12 per pan) and put one in for 5 minutes, put in another for 5, then pull out the first and so on so you have enough time to push them all in. I usually buy several pre-made peanut butter cookie dough in tubs that the local elementary school children sell as their Fall fundraiser. They last up to 6 months in your freezer. Use can also make these using sugar cookies and adding a Hershey kiss or a Rollo.
